just wondering if people who have had there accounts fixed with the lost characters and support write back to you. how long did it take till they fix account if anyone has had this prob and had it fixed please let me know

It took 3 days, but you can make private message to CM_official and tell him your problem :)

I got mine about 18 hours after replying, but that included hours that there may not have been people working.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?
