Reincarnation

Hi der, I was wondering how it is possible on p2p to get a second/third/fourth reinc on p2p since I know some people have them and support couldn't really help me recovering my old reincarnation. I wanted to get it back but started to level another reincarnation in the mean time, I kinda want the old name and class back but I also don't wanna lose the one I was leveling now again. I asked around and seems like some people have more than 1 on the p2p server, how did they do this?

The anniversary event (once per year) allows you to get another slot each year.
