I'm just wondering if I can do anything with my old gear and glyphs? I noticed that I could sell the old upgraders for a special currency which can be used to buy the current upgraders, or something similar. However, my old gear can only be sold for gold, and it's quite a low amount of gold as well compared to what I get for the current quest gear.

My old gear is mostly of rare quality but some of them are upgraded, so it's nothing that good really, but still I have worked for it and especially the glyphs attached to them, so it feels a bit unfair that they only sell for like 30 gold while a piece of lvl 65 quest gear of common quality sells for like 400g.

I think they have removed glyphs from the game.

if glyphs can be sold for freetraders currency thats great, do it
gear - sadly it became "worthless", you can just keep it for good memories

remove glyhps = press ALT on your keyboard and at click at gear, then with rightclick remove the glyphs

Thanks for the info AOP! I removed the glyphs from the gear and unfortunately they had no selling price at all
I guess I'll just throw them away then.

It's quite ironic they give you currency back for the old upgraders but not for glyphs or upgraded gear. I mean, I worked just as hard for collecting and then upgrading the gear, and for getting the glyphs as well. They should reward something for that imo.

It must really be a punch in the gut for those who had fabled gear and glyhps!

It's like this every season, and it's part of the gearing process - what was good once is trash next season, even faster now, before you could wear your old fabled up to epic or leggy in the new season

I still have ff52 fabled gear & enchanted fabled 66 in my bank (other ones have been converted sadly).
It's good for one thing, besides memories : troll your guildmates with "look at me i'm already full fable" - for a few seconds xD

Yeh, I know it has been like this forever, but if I remember correctly I think in some patches you could actually convert your old upgraded gear to something that could be used for your new gear, or something similar. But I guess it's only if you have legy's or fabled. However, in this case I don't really care since I didn't have anything good anyway. But I really hope those who got full legy or fabled will be able to get something useful at least for their old gear.
