is questchain, guide you to eljune and jump on pirateship, then do Q on the island where it sails to and then there is a portal at the end
then you have regular teleportpoint

You get a quest after completing Irdrich to visit Astral Academy. The npc gives you a quest forward. You have to travel to Eljune's Takalik Harbor to meet Eugene Silberpod and commandeer a pirate ship from the Goblins. Rest is as AOP said.

there will be a lvl 55 quest in eljune finish that and it will send you to an isle called joole or joore something like that , from there the chain will start ^_^ good luck buddy .
