Tickets gone?

Did they get rid of the ability of us placing a ticket? I have placed them before but I can't seem to find where it is anymore. It use to be off the main website here, under support. Then there was an option for email support or placing a ticket through email from there. It is urgent!!!

Similar, you still go to support, but you have to click through the generic messages. I usually end up doing "feedback" if it doesn't fit well in any other category.
