Scout pure dps PVE/PvP

Scout pure dps PVE/PvP

This is my idea on how to build scout to pure dps pvp and pve along with stats guide! and maybe rotations!
so first of all let's talk about PVE build.
maybe some of you peeps out there have fun killing mobs aye? and maybe some peeps gets little boring along the way! well yea!
now's the time to put some little spices in order to put flavor and colour in your pve build!

Talents:

so this is the talents you shud pick! why? because its my talent build

well its pve talent build if you observe I almost max the Storm of Arrows for AoE when mobs surrounds you. it's very helpful if you have any problems taking out a group of mobs along with Steel Rose. I suggest you lvl steel rose max or jsut a min. of 2 lvls.

Now for the PVE ruby build

So there it is! my pve ruby build. well some of you scouts there were almost have the build as what they see here.
Make sure to max alchemical reaction, why? because i said it! well Alchemical Reaction does certain things. It adds damage to the mobs with stacks of you poison charm (volley+poison charm) which results to aoe mass destruction damage!

You might ask why I pick Explosive Tip well. if you have a fight with a single strong monster, Explosive tip is very useful.
Why I didn't put a single ruby in the .... 3rd picture(4got the name

) it is because you are not a tank! well maybe if you had any extra rubies you might lvl up stamina ruby

Now for the STATS:

Red=Priority to be lvled!
Blue=Secondary to be lvled!
Green=I don't think so...

Determination
Brutality

Guess this is for the suggestion build #1. Brutality Rubies will make the thing so leave it as it is.
determination is very useful in long fights cuz it adds damage along the time period, depends on how much deter you have. don't ask why prof xD

so vice versa. combination of having great deter and brutality is really great why? because that what some people says xD well really when you have long fights the damage will increase depends on you deter but if you have brutality in which you have like 300-500 it is really deadly pve type. well ive seen lots of scouts maxed out they're deter and brutality when they are in pve type. how did i know? because i asked them :p

But i suggest #1 that's what i currently used in the present. Teeheee!

Since it is a reincarnation, missing a lot of ruby.

Bombardment deals the most of the damage at single target.
Toxic funes at Aoe.
It seems the Aimed shot is a completely waste, once I will remove it.

Later I needed to change that build to something like this:

In order to have SOME dps at boss.

Alternate the acid with aoe that spell and fire with aimed shot ? ( single target) - both spells with long casting I don't know the name now.

I must gave up the talents and rubies which made huge dps at starting the fights ( astral trash mobs) but not better at bosses.

I found how to do insane dps at trash aoe mobs 14M -and low on boss 1-2M-

Need to find ho to do insane dps in a boss! I think in another patch only.

In S4 with 70k GS I can't reach 2M if the fight last long.

In some places I had 14M with the previous buil - at aoe.

I would like to have 4M at boss if the fight last 2 min in S4, with daily potions and alchemy. 70-72k GS Is not enough.

use charms before the fight
SImple rotation for mobs --> Poison + Exp Shot --> Fire + Aimed Shot -->Poison + Bombardment

Boss fight --> Poison + Bombardment -->Poison + Exp Shot --> Fire + Aimed Shot
