Character deleted after 3-4 years without playing

Hello,

I want to play Allods again (with the last update) and when i'm conneting to my account, I can see my player is deleted.

But I don't understand why.

Can you help me ? (Character automaticly deleted ?)

How did you connect to the game? email+password or facebook account?

Je te demande parce que tes anciens messages parlent d'un problème de compte lié à facebook. Du coup, tu t'es peut-être trompé de compte au login.
Tu dis aussi que tu n'avais pas fait le transfert entre ton compte gpotato et ton compte my.Com. Qu'en est-il en fait ?
