Login via My.com loads the character hall where no character is visible, and then if I run the game it stuck at 65-66% of preparing the game.

I have problems with small update

I was download it but when try to use the update it says I dont have aces rights to do that. I was turn off my anti virus prog. but not help.

hmmm last night i changed it and managed to log in, this morning i was on game, but after an hour can't log in again with the same stuck on 64% and not loading
