Where is my trinket?!

After killing 2nd boss in secret paths (he glitched and restart fight btw) i noticed my trinked was gone, how!? I want get it back, i cant afford new one, and fix this game for the love of god. on screenshot you can see grey icon and my butique tab, Pls get my emblem of deadly wizard back ;/
