Being throwing out of the game after every 30 minutes and receiving these errors

hi

i've been playing again lately and so far I've experienced being thrown out into the lobby after every 25-30 minutes in the game.
while in the game there are no technical issues.
after being thrown out I try to login again and get thrown immediately out with these errors:




after which I login a second time and get in just fine. Then, it recurs 30 minutes later.
suggestions/fixes?

The error message was not properly attached it seems. Can't see anything.

is your router set to change ip every 30 minutes?
if you play over vpn / tor / other proxy set it to keep the outside IP for the whole session / disable forced ipchange

it's static
my router is set as dmz server on my local network though (which should make stable connections even safer/smoother)

Do you experience network issues with any other application/game than Allods?
Make sure to allow Allods client in your AV program and firewall. Also try to close any network related applications running, like Killer Gigabit Ethernet Controller for example.

Then of course, you should try to reinstall the game as well.

Do you experience network issues with any other application/game than Allods?

Then of course, you should try to reinstall the game as well.
no other issues. i play LoL constantly with a smooth connection
it's in my allowed program list
not running any other games/apps

Did you try to reinstall the game yet?
Have you ever edited your hosts file on your PC?
Are you able to try on a different PC? Just to make sure it's not related to your internet connection or router/modem/firewall.

Also, if this error occurs after entering your account credentials, try to create a new account on the Allods website and log on with that, just to make sure it's not account related.
