A few people said after patch the exchange rate will be fixed/changed. Was there an announcement?

When will lvl15 runes be introduced - if at all?

i close this thread but i didn´t delete it cause in the next days (what the past everytime shows) there will be more missinformations about stuff like this, so anyone is able to read about that trolling :D

that happends with every big Patch, so don´t worry you are not the first who get trolled :thumbup:
