Warden : Resurection doesn't work during a fight.

Hello,

i am just coming up with a little problem maybe from translation. my resurection spell i can buy with rubies in my " mage " tree is saying " can be casted during a fight " but in the reality, there is also another condition being " you are not in fight " so which one is the proper option? is that a mustake or is my best option for resurecting my allies in a fight useless?
