Character Select screen: Is Top blue races League and Bottom Red Empire?

I want to be the League faction, but want to make sure first. I do not see the word "League" on my screen and only see "Empire (Recommended Faction plus 10% EXP)" at the bottom, why isn't League at the top? I wanted to be sure I was choosing correctly. It's the Kanians, Elves, and Gibberlings? Is Pridens Faction neutral to begin with?

Also, I played this when the English was first released, for maybe 5-6 days, but I have no characters here. Was that on the English Russian servers? I never delete my characters and not sure where I would find them now years later.

And the middle one is Priden race that start neutral and you choose your faction before you leave the zone Howlem and continue playing in Asee-Teph which is the first contested zone where both League and Empire players can pvp. League and Empire players covers several (about 6 or 7) zones before reaching Asee-Teph, but Pridens only have Howlem covering it all in a fast mode. Pridens level in Howlem twice as fast until they leave the zone.

Regarding your old characters, you need to submit a ticket to get your old account back - the old account will replace your new account, if you created one. There's a direct link to do this on the home page of this website where you can also see the link buttons to top-up account and such.
