Transferring Issues!!!

I have put in 3-4 tickets explaining the problems of transferring my account. I have been emailed solutions trying to help me but they all fail. I have had a friend try to transfer my account and it does the same thing to them so it is not just me. I am submitting a picture showing what it does everytime I try to transfer my account. Is this happening to anyone else???

You need to log a request HERE.

How long has it been since you logged into the account?
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I was a daily player so I was logging in daily until the transfer....after that, everything went down hill ever since.
