8.0.1 CE Holy Weapon for P2P Server

As you know russian server released an edition for 8.0.1 which ables to get a dead city holy weapon for P2P(subscription) server players. Will it be the same in our server? Weapon appearance is one of the most annoying problem on P2P server, so in my opinion it would be great for us. Thank you ^^
