There was a system long time ago, where you could type in up to 4 character names, who could use the addons. However this was changed.
Addons are bound to the players account now. Install this Addon: https://alloder.pro/files/file/325-opred…vyazki-addonov/
Start your game, login to the account where you want to use the paid Addons. When you activated Addons you should see a window where you can copy your unique Account-ID from.
You need to type in this account ID into your alloder.pro account settings:

After you typed in your Account-ID you normally cannot change it anymore.

Then you can buy any addon you would like and can use it on any char on this account for about 1-2 months, til you need to pay again (don't know the exact time right now).
