Since many players are (uderstandable) unhappy about the fact new created accounts get items worth ~ 15.000 BC * while they do not, i want to start this survey...
Please keep in mind even if you started allods online just 1 week before patch 9.0 this means circumstances would "force" you to start a new char just to be economically advantageous which is highly doubtable

So the simple solution would be to send these 2 boxes every new char gets with mail to every existing account
