Stuck with leveling an Aoidoi at lvl 73

A few days ago I created an Aoidoi incarnation and somehow got stuck with leveling at 73. Last quest I did was returning from future with Architect into Cosmos' Observatory. I am probably missing something very obvious, but I tried returning to Observatory and there is not an option to enter it at Cosmos' invitation. The XP bar is like 1/6 away from next level. Thanks in advance.

I just went to Dane and am currently doing stuff there. Good opportunity to explore it since I haven't checked it out yet.
