Characters never loading and launcher not working

Been having a few problems that have prevented me from logging in.
The normal Allods launcher doesn't load any patches in at all so I have to use the MyGame Launcher instead.
Then when I do log into the game and get to the character screen all my characters are stuck in perma loading and there's a buffering circle.
When I click on a character the loading gets stuck at 66% and I have to close the game due to it never loading into the game.
