Need some advice/Tips for stats support/pve

Hello everyone I just started to play engineer I have some build https://alloder.pro/calc-en/#e$cjpgq00c7…fjnqqgj::13ydj3 as u guys see I am not sure if its okey or not I am open to all advices and I know the our main stats are profiency/determination/brutality but I am not sure how many point I have to spent so I hoping some tips and balace thanks for all answers.

Based on it being lv3 bloodthirst and 0 on courage, this is pve aimed?

Stats should go 250 swift, 250 natural dmg, rest in full prof & determination equally. Only use bruta for >3m fights to scale better.
