Failed to remake a incarnate

Hey!
im trying to remove one of my old reinc's and make an engineer.
BUT when i try make a new class i get a text that says :" you cannont reset changes applied to this character becouse of the items equipped "
anyone else have this issue? or got an answer to it.

ok guys i found the answer. i simply removed the gear on the toon i were to remove. :P
