5.0.2 will come when its ready ;)
it is a LOT to translate, and to do that properly (so there are hopefully no more repeats of last time) takes time.

During that time a lot of the bugs that appeared on the RU version since it was launched will be fixed aswell.

There are still rubies and talents that haven't been corrected since 5.0 in March. Are they ever going to get fixed?
For example, several Healer rubies are still incorrect. Holy Avenger still states that it increases Endurance... We don't have Endurance anymore. (It actually increases the critical strike chance of Holy Rage by 10/20/30%).
