Doesn't - tried that once and it can't find the path. Haven't tried it recently though so it might have been "fixed". What you can do is open the map and right-click the map area where you want to go and put automove there.. it's not exact. It's easier to press R so that the toon automoves forward and just use the mouse to put it towards right direction so you don't have to constantly press either W or Up Arrow.

before the interface got killed there was the possibilit to autotravel to tkarikcave with autotravel addon or with astralstone-map addon
its sad they no longer work

basically its the same *** as they killed the interface to autosell grey things ;(
