Help me get Biro back :((((

About half an year ago, I just left the game for personal reasons - I didn't say one thing. I just stopped playing one day, nobody had access to my account. I come back today, type in my e-mail and password... and it says I'm banned for some reason - I've no idea why, as when I left I was in good standing - no warnings, nothing of the sort. I don't even know when I was banned, as I didn't receive an e-mail notifying me of such thing. The account I use for the game is different than my forum account but both should be fine. I want to play again ;(

They will tell you the ban reason if you ask.
