You'll find a link to every WM quests by category here :

* The strange Cultist and The Demonic Threat end in Gorluxor Tower. It's an easy dungeon now, do-able with a few players lvl 65 that know basic strategies.
* The Curse of the June and Revelation end in Tka-Rik Cave. If your WM is not finished, then check which part you missed, and find the quests with the list above
* Seal of Power ends in raid dungeon City of Death (lvl 51 raid if i remember well, to be confirmed). If you are in a guild, i think you can find people to help you with these quests. No need to be a lot of player to finish Gorluxor Tower or City of Death at level 65. To enter City of Death, you need to finish the Craddle questline (there's a 3 days quest to finish to activate this dungeon).

City of Death has been upped to lvl55 one or two years ago now but et remain quite easy to do; with a good raid (not even need of very well geared people, just some organisation and knowledge of the strategies) you'll need 45min-1h (maybe less) to clean it with a pick- up raid maybe 1h-1h30 (or a bit more)

PS : city of death is imo the most epic raid un this game, from bosses to music throught the atmosphere of the three lanes, everything is just freaking magical there
