First payment bonus

Hi!

My english is far from perfect, so I need a little explanation. I bought 1500 crystals in the boutiqe, and I thought that I receive all the bonus items, but got nothing. I checked my bag and the mail too.

I have the premium crystals. But in the bonus part in the boutique I was promised extra items after first payment. Like a bigger bank deposit box, dragon hide backpack, white lion mount etc.

Did you make your top-up via the bonus window? You don't get the bonus, if you don't open the Item Shop's bonus window and click the Buy button beneath the bonus. That will take you to Allods' top-up page where you fill the info needed and make the purchase. If you bought crystals via Item Shop top-up or manually via Allods' home page top-up, you don't get the bonuse.

I tried a second time. I bought the currency from the bonus part. I stil dont have the items. I am realy disappointed.

Hello,

This is a known issue.
You have to send a request to the customer support explaining that you didn't receive this first payment bonus (mount etc.). Give them some information about your payment method and date/time.

If you have no answer after 3 or 4 working days, please, get in touch with a Community Manager (Mhuldoon, Fayne, Reira, Drakdish), by private message on the forum, with your ticket ID and the subject of your request.
