Question about upgrading

Hello all,

I was wondering why on weapons and special weapons, once fabled we can see on them "item can be upgraded", as we can see here :

I mean, will there be lvl 67 items? New astral sectors? etc. *joke on* Cause some people are near from full fabulous and I'm afraid for them that they will be bored

It's nowhere mentioned that there'll be new upgrades item, so could be a mistake from devs? Would be nice to know, maybe ppl who are often on Russian forums could tell us

I think it's just a glitch from lvl 60 weapons which could be enchanted - same code in game, but no enchants available (yet).
Who knows, anything can happen before 7.0
