I love how the concensus now for people playing f2p is that they either dug themselves too deep into the hole that going out would required a huge amount of effort, or they are simply delusional.

But I will agree, telling someone they have to play the game for a year and grind constantly just to reach the below average level of a player is not only not a good way to promote the game, it's a terribly stupid thing to say to a new player. Expecting someone to jump in when they are told they have to play the game not only for a year into their lives, but play constantly it's been insane.

Sadly the developers made it so you have to buy more and more stuff with every patch so that new players can't even catch up by paying what they had to pay or do before, the game is stacked against new players. The game is designed now to milk the current player base out of whatever little cent they can, and that means they have to reject new potential buyers, because not only the game might not be interesting for a new player, it's also not ment for them anymore. The game is just for the people that never left and always payed.

And sadly that destroyed the minds of a lot of the guys in the forums, holy hell.
