Yeah, like I thought it was 1 second.
So, they basically doubled the Global Cooldown without asking anything or anyone. I know the game developers are like ''we know it all'' type of people but they are simply making the mistakes they once did. They are making changes and alter with the balance of the game without caring for anything. They did it with cash shop and more than half of the game's playerbase left the game. Do they really need to do the same with the classes and the Global Cooldown?
They must revert it at the first chance they get. Like I said, this Global Cooldown seems like you are being affected by a Trial by Fire everytime you cast a spell, except Trial by Fire is actually forgiving about its duration half a second shorter than the current Global Cooldown.
Thinking of it, if you are a Mage and if you are about to cast Trial of Fire the disorientation on the enemy ends earlier than the Global Cooldown it places on you. Ok now that is weird. Thinking of it, the Global Cooldown feels like a 2 second helplessness.
