I cannot remember exactly how it was dealt with but i know they forfeited their rewards.
Gale, Telepati and I won the first tournament and yes, Russians gave us their reward for beating them. They were pretty sure to win the tournament and got surprised in final.

90*(40000/2100) = 1714 days = 4,69 years.

This tournament is totally free from CS, so plyers from subscription server have a good chance to show their skills in PVP.
