umm...i've compared the damage of my spells with epic crafted and blue astral wand.

only an epic astral wand will be superior to crafted epic wand.

I spent like some time reading through this http://forum.allods.ru/showthread.php?t=106452 and it actually helped me alot with understanding how to balance new stats. The guy who wrote it calculated everything and it surely took him alot but it is very helpful. Its in russian though but I didnt have much problems with google chrome translations anyways..if you dont know which stat is which just check THIS screenshot and compare it to your ingame stats from russian text. I would appreciete if someone managed to translate this to english some time but I guess I would ask too much

I prefer to do my own maths - I find it means I understand the nuances and breakpoints more clearly.

A lot of variables (particularly rubies that influence non-stat variables) which are presented as continuous actually aren't - cast time reduction is the classic example of this.
