I actually had this problem, but that's because it was trying to log me into an EU account (which I didn't have) instead of my NA one.

I was able to finally get it transferred, but I ended up having to create a second account with an alternate email address, I would hope there will eventually be some way for us to merge the accounts to use the proper email address, since it doesn't seem we can change the email address associated with accounts via en.allods.com or the forums.

We opened server only few hours ago. How could you encounter this issue before?

We opened server only few hours ago. How could you encounter this issue before?

I wrote that I set up an account on my.com where migrated from gPotato. Migration proceeded correctly but it turned out that I can not log into my account. I did not get any verification email.
That's why I started a new account and tried to migrate.

Oh got it. It is not about missing characters. It is about verification email. Please provide us with error message that you get when you try to login with transfered account.

I did also got mail & did the transfer even there, so ive transfered my account 3times now, first time the " popup transfer " ingame, then on Gpotato " Transfer " + from mail so it must be there but when i login nothing is there, me precius lvl 55melee healer my lvl55warrior my paladin.. Hoorned moon :< damn. im damn worried eveything is lost.. I did burn alot of cash in here.. :<

Please check both servers. We have analyzed a lot of tickets for now. Some players are searching their f2p avatars on p2p server and vice versa.
