I do not understand why we have to wait an additional hour for our patch notes and why you cannot just paste them while we keep waiting it's not hard. unless there is literally no one with them and they are being translated as you fix the new server which is stupid.

there are ppl who translate atm.........they put the patch 1 month ago in russian server and now there are ppl who translate it atm.........mycom kidding us another time lol.PATCH NOTES is BEFORE the patch,not AFTER. Like all the games!
