The thing about it is that this is how the game is meant to be. Sure, being a reincarnate with level 10+ runes does make it unfair to a typical new player but it is the holy land. It's also a war zone. Even says so in the lore. They're are two factions fighting against each other. It's only natural to be a little bias to the opposing faction the same way folks are IRL sports.

I'm sorry, this is just trololol. Let's play games for a few mins.
Put yourself in the shoes of a new player that joins allods and discovers world, game, classes. Imagine him in Asee facing *any* reinc with level 6+ runes and knowledge of their class. Imagine him in Eljune. Then in Coba.
Also, picture him grinding mobs coz, ah fuck, he's only level 35 when quests need lvl 37. And then, omg, i'm 41 when Kirah needs 42. And geez, i'm 58 and have no more quests to 60. That's too bad coz sooooo many people told me game starts at 60.
Now imagine him finally level 60 (don't ask me how). He joins a guild, low level one, coz fuck, high levels need runes & CS items. He goes BG and gets 1-shotted. Nvm, he'll gear up. But ah ye, even if you upgrade gears, you'll need those CS items to keep up, even low tier ones. He checks prices on AH. Even if his heart survives the blow, his brain will say "run from here. I want to have fun. Not grind for month just to be able to have a chance".
And then you wonder why this game is dying ?
And this caught my attention. But the truth is, a new player with, say.. full level 3 runes might try going astral in the first week of reaching level 60. I doubt he would find a party for even the weakest sectors. In empire I haven't seen a single s1-3 recruitment message in zone for a long while, have you? I know people go there in league, but minimum runes that the party leader approves usually is full 4. I've been there 2 years ago, people didn't like my runes, so please do not comment on it because that's how it is and you can't change it. Then the full level 3 player asks how much time/gold he needs to upgrade his runes, turns out it's almost 2 weeks of farming just to experience end game content with less worries of what others think of him. The second option would be going alone or with someone who doesn't judge the person from his rune level and take a bunch of mercs. Mercenaries also depend on the strength of runes so they will perform worse if a player has lower runes and it comes out as a turn off for the player because he doesn't gain enough gold to do more than a few astral runs with mercenaries per week. I hope this helps you get a point of view of an older player, because that thing about being selective was a really important issue when I started going astral with full level 4 runes on lvl 47 patch. Back then I spent weeks before I could properly go astral and even then it was a pain because every sector was almost the same difficulty, unlike now. Not to mention the mercenaries weren't around at that time. But there is one thing you mentioned that caught my attention. "Have a chance" Is that what you think end game is? Nothing but PVP? It's no wonder you feel the way you do.

My post was from a new player point of view. I'm in allods for 2 years and happy about my fate, since luckily i don't care about pvp & only want to level my char & gear, and so far able to do so.
[...] when you have to work hard and others didn't. Then you had to grind. What monstrosity could have possibly done this to you? You get my point. I'm sure you're a decent player that has lost their interest in the game. Just because it dies, doesn't mean the game is or will die any time soon. With that said, good luck in all your future endeavors and happy hunting!
good idea, tell me when u are online so i can go with my 59 reinc to WH/DF, instant win since i can hold cannon forever, no one will dare to kill meyou know i actually like gankers but i like them when i am in asee teph killing all leagues and after 2 or 3 lvl 60 come and helps them to take portals) is funny to see how much fail this gankers get .. only yesterday a 60 was having 14 staks oif justice
) but serious .. devs just test something just put - 150 k mira for ho ever kills a low level and after we will see if he will kill someone knowing he will lose about 1,7 k gold for each kill
Again, why cant you actually stay on topic. Asee/contested zones is the topic not encouraging or discouraging people about the game.
Edited to add:
Marks of Fate are available. If you don't like the zones save them for the zones you just cant stand to actually quest in.
