lightning vs mirage (calculation from russian forum)

Lightning: 30s x 17.68 = 530.4 + 320m (16 Blinkov) = 850.4 m

Lightning> mirage at 73m

mirage: 497.4 + 210m (3 blink) = 707.4 m

Lightning 530.4 + 200m (10 Blinkov) = 730.4 m

Lightning wins more 23metra.

speed is not everything they are battlemounts and for pvp i would always choose the wraith ! (have both but only use wraith) its nearly undismountable cuz flash and invis...and hell yeah you can move invis around enter enemy formations and suddenly popping up in their mid lightning only useful skill is to take a passenger in my eyes

isnt the cloak only possible when standing still?! i like wraith too but it gets dismounted by lightning as its weaker under permanent fire

for max speed in battlegrounds (= medium distances) use a lightning with 5 charges, then drive and once lightning is out of charges change to wratih and TP forward

also the circle-skill of lightning is awesome, providing a safe spot to attack from; saw interesting videos from dominion where this skill was used tactical, they protected some casters with it the whole time in combo with the engineer-shield

well you can use the wraith blink while invisible can be easily used to steal dominion pets (did it a million times) ofc if you just shoot at each other with mounts then lightning will win but thats kind of useless cuz ... well if i dismount you mount will die instantly

also a safe spot woulnt call it that cuz enemy can enter there... and then your a ranged figher in melee range... and if you run away he can stay in there and use it against you

as for speed yeah if you stay mounted for a while lightning has a headstart but usually you mount and drive directly after a fight and dont stay on your mount for a while

now this is an interesting way of using its skills
the circle is onl effective with some push-back skill do defend it ofc
and yes for coldstart over short distances wraith is better

actually they made all the mounts somehow interesting

wraith and lighting anyway, the moloch with its siege-skills, the manabike with its 8 sec invulnearbility, the spinner with its "take me away" skill... only the titan is kinda useless

yes it's nice that every mount remain interesting thanks to some of their skils

i'll have to time the kira race with 100% lighning and a combo of wraith and lighing, like : lighning 5 tp > wraith tp > lighning for 10sec (+3 tp's) > wraith, repeate, idk if the fact that you switch of mount quite often is slower than just staying on the same mount for the whole race?

AOP dont forget the throne its often used cuz it can nearly oneshot another player

i havent tested for kirah-race, only saw it in BG when rushing for DD buff, the one with lightning/wraith combo is always faster as the one only using 1 mount
theoretically lightning should beat mirage in kirahrace as its a long course in total

true, the throne with spark-prism (or we its called in engish version) is also still interesting
aaaand the june dreadnought with its ultra-mega-aoe-farmpull

In Tropical Atoll, it is quite possible for you to save 1000 shells and get the Gryphon which has nearly 15 movement speed, quite fast and maybe one of the fastest you can get without spending anything. Really, it rivals with the Dragon.

i've tried in kira with wraith lvl1 and lighning lvl4, results are :
full wraith = full lighing = combo wraith lighing = 2min exactly

so its all the same...? i would have never thought that
