The key issue is a serious matter. Being in a regular running group of Ascendancy I really don't want to be a week behind everyone else. When we get in are we going to have keys? Or watch our guildies use there's in frustration?

2. "My characters are lost" issues, caused by accidental double registration. These cases are much rarer (about 1% of the total). If you think you encounter it, please create a ticket, we will resolve it manually.

What do you mean with double registration? I think im the first case but i don't know. What i did was create a new account on my.com and tried to transfer my account again. The site told me that my id was already transferred though. I created a new account to see if i was having some other kind of technical difficulties to login. I can login with this new account with out problems (to my.com and game also).
I can also proof im the account owner (screenshots). What should i do? i already submitted a ticket with all my info, but there's no reply yet.

Double registration means that due to technical issue we have two accounts for one email. One from transfer and one from direct registration. It is about 1% of all users. In this case we have to ask user whether he/she want to keep new registration or not.

I'm having the same problem,already sent a ticket still no answer
so i keep on waiting and hope this problem gets solved soon...

Same here, sent ticket twice, no answer. Keep loggin in to see if my characters magicly appaerd.

And in the game i coud log in only with the second without chars account
I created the second because i coudn t log in with the first/ But i reigstreted the second with the same Email-Adress how is such a big fail possible?
