What do you mean with double registration? I think im the first case but i don't know. What i did was create a new account on my.com and tried to transfer my account again. The site told me that my id was already transferred though. I created a new account to see if i was having some other kind of technical difficulties to login. We've got two types of issues:
1. Transfer successful, but unable to login. We are working on this issue right now and will send you an email as soon as the solution is found.
2. "My characters are lost" issues, caused by accidental double registration. These cases are much rarer (about 1% of the total). If you think you encounter it, please create a ticket, we will resolve it manually.
Double registration means that due to technical issue we have two accounts for one email. One from transfer and one from direct registration. It is about 1% of all users.
