I think im the first case but i don't know. What i did was create a new account on my.com and tried to transfer my account again. The site told me that my id was already transferred though. I created a new account to see if i was having some other kind of technical difficulties to login. We've got two types of issues:
1. Transfer successful, but unable to login. We are working on this issue right now and will send you an email as soon as the solution is found.
2. "My characters are lost" issues, caused by accidental double registration. These cases are much rarer (about 1% of the total). If you think you encounter it, please create a ticket, we will resolve it manually.
I can also proof im the account owner (screenshots). What should i do? i already submitted a ticket with all my info, but there's no reply yet.

We have fixed the majority of the cases regarding the login problems, Of the total transfers we had, there were issues with 16% of them. We have been working hard and have been able to fix the majority leaving less then 1% of users with login issues.
