Aspects + special skills

I don't know if it is a good idea or not but just had it. What if each aspect would give us access to an special skill (like the "dragon tear" ones) that only can be used when that aspect is active?

This skills could be powerful ones with long CDs and would be related to the aspect: like, the healing aspect would give an extra healing skill, etc.

a lot of skills already is only available when a certain state is active...
psionicist is the worst example of all, there is almost no option to make costomized builds, its more like there are 3 options to spec and end

The idea is more about an elite skill per aspect
