Psionicist: Meditation

I had the idea that this skill could recover other player's resources if it is used over them. It could be a nice change to add value to this skill.

like the old mental gift.... would be welcome, current meditation skill is close to complete useless :(

Yes, i don't know if other builds use it, but the assault one doesn't need it at all. I think this idea would help to make it better without change the skill too much. Ofc, they could change it in other ways too.
