Bought coins its been 4 days and i have not receive them. Send a ticket no respond no auto reply

I bought 120 dollars worth of coins on 28/3/2014 till now i didnt receive anything I send tickets but no reply not even a auto respond help pls

I'm sorry to hear that.
Unfortunately we have been having some problems with our support emails not getting delivered back to the users. I hope that these issues will be solved once we move over to the proper my.com support system once that has been unveiled.

The payment method you used:
A copy of any receipts/proof of purchase (maybe the transaction failed?):
