Mana chopper has speed of 16.58yd/s at first level, a passive ability that increases its speed over time, and an active ability that increases its speed for 6 seconds, but you can't control it during that time. Here's a review in Russian: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyovnTL581g

that chooper in the video is not combat mount. combat chooper's speed will be the same with lightning bolt.

And it seems that its abilities are gonna be the same as the combat mount from previous Collector's edition. Sorry for misinformation.
