One more thing... Payment issue

I tried to buy time on sub server but it's look like i have a problem with buying system. You can tell me if the problem is on game site or on sub server?

Can you please give more details?
Are you able to top-up and then unable to buy subscription time, or are you unable to top-up?
Do you have an error message?

If you can't top-up, please try another payment method, and if nothing works (or if you don't have an alternate payment method), please submit a ticket to the support team

I can Top-Up but i can't buy subscription time. When i try to buy time on subscription server i see an Endless Loading of payment page.
PS: Sorry i can't upload a better screenshot. I use Lightshot and the pics he takes it's like 600kb+ and on this forum i see i can't upload pics bigger than 150kb :( .

It's seem we will not see our problem with payment page for sub server to be fixed before of new patch.

If you buy the first collectors box or either of them, when the patch comes out and the rewards are sent., You will get sub time. Only way I know that lets you bypass the payment problem for now, till its fixed I hope they give us a 1 month free sub for the payment problems its been a week of not being able to sub... :thumbdown:

Finally !!! They fixed the problem with payment page for sub server.
