Lightning bolt kelpie question ?

I have one question for kelpie: lightning bolt, everything is exactly the same normal lightning bolt abilities and skins? 6000 bc too much, I hope worth.

It is very cheap fo being a Lightning Bolt, it's skill and speed. It just morphs into any other mount you have.

does any one know how to use it? i bough it and used it, i got it now among the skills-special features window-, but i can't find out how to get it in the stable, or combine it with my Mana chopper.
