Didn't receive game time I purchased

I purchased a month for the p2p server and received a week. My purchase was on April 4th, 2018 and the subscription ends April 11th, 2018. I made sure I paid for the correct thing ($11 paypal invoice) and have tried contacting my.com support through their support feature but they have no option for this particular issue, as well as them taking days/weeks to get back. Is there anyway this can be resolved or I can be directed to somewhere that it can be? I'm really hoping this is just a visual bug with the client because if not (and it can't be sorted), I'm not gonna be purchasing another subscription until I get what I paid for.

The support team is the only team that can help with your issue.

Subscribing to Smugglers Paradise is in two steps:
- first, you buy some crystals https://allods.my.com/en/buy_crystals or https://allods.my.com/en/billing
- second, you choose your subscription time https://allods.my.com/en/subscription

Were you sure that you received the crystals on your account? First payment sometimes takes some time to be validated.

If you still don't have an answer on April 11th, please send a private message to a moderator on this forum, with your ticket number.
