yalniz eski sürümlerden koleksiyon alan arkadaşlarda aynı sorunla karşılaşıyor destek ekibinin bi el atması gerekiyor diye düşünüyorum bir sorun var sanırım

Sizin gibi birçok oyuncu ticket atıyor hepsine yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Biraz gecikmesi normal. İstifa falan söz konusu değil :) .

ticket atın sizden bilgi doğrulama isticekler 2 3 soruyla klasik prosedürler sonra postalarlar uzun sürmez :D ama dediğim gibi sitenin satın alma kısmında bir sorun oldu sanırım

Hafta içi şuan farkındaysanız. Walla quentana daha ugrasacak bana 1 gunun ıcınde msj geldı sorununun devam ediyormu yazdılar sımdı 1 gun sonrada msj gelır bakalım ne diyeceler boyle olursa 1 haftada benım sorunu çözerler :)

sanırım sistemde sorun var satın almada oyuzden bir kargaşa oldu sanırım. patch öncesi hazırlıkta sanırım destekte de biraz kafalar karışmış olabilir :)

diyorum ya arkadaşa kart bilgilerini doğruladılar standart prosedür sonrasındar postalıyoruz diyolar ama ortada posta yok :D tahminimce çeviriler patch hazırlığı falan karışıklık oldu diye tahmın edıyrum ^^ sorun devam ettiğinde yine ticket atmak gerekıyor kesinlikle sorunu düzeltiyolar ama içiniz rahat olsun :)

Sorun düzeleceğinden eminim de bu 1 haftamı sürer artık orasını bilemem ve hiç hoşuma gitmiyor bu durum :)
