June mines bugged?

Hey support and higher-ups,
I don't want to tell you that it is wrong or bugged, but I have reasons to believe it is :(


This is the order buff I am talking about.
Now if I understand it correctly, the minerals are the items that drop from the golems in the 1st phase and from the chests when winning phases to combine so that you can get the June Catacombs costumes.

Having 400% incr buff means TO ME, that we get the default value times 4, meaning when I killed a golem, and he drops 1, I should get MINMUM 4.
Now killing golems, I only get one ALL THE TIME, on EACH GOLEM.
Can someone confirm this to me?
Will report this thread to the support.
