reset my aoidoi

please help me reset my aoidoi it says that race is unavailable but i then below it says ability available and that i have item spark (1 pcs)

your char needs to be brought to max lvl before it can be reset, might be your problem..?

What exactly do you mean by reset? To change class or what?

Weapon skin aswell, that's where I fall over usually.

resetting as in deleting the character and making a new reinc.
