Take name of player

Hello. I recently wanted to use character name and someone took it already. Last time he was online was 2016. So he is level 12 priest. Obviously he no longer play on that character. Is there a way to take that name for myself?

if there is a serverfusion and 2 players with 1 name exist, the one with lower level or if level is equal gearscore will be prompted to rename, the other one will keep his name

but as this is the main server its unlikely this will ever be an option, so i guess there wont be a way to take this name (except finding the holder of this name and ask him to delete / rename his char)

this is btw a lucrative way to generate some income in every onlinegame... take fancy names and sell them later...

He is level 12 priest. Played last time in 2016. I mean, that's like a joke. So I was thinking why would he still remain same name I want to have.
