Some questions to clarify things:
1. Is it one time offer? If no can I use it to buy set of lvl 8 runes?
2. Do I have chance to unlock it later if I meet the criteria (for example on different character on the same account)?
3. "have a set of fewer than 6 runes of level 8 or higher (including runes that are not equipped). If you have fragile runes of level 8 or higher you'll need to wait until they expire." <- Does that mean that if I have 5 lvl 8+ runes I can still buy this set?

for the way expensive event ?
you see I need only 3 runes for lvl 8
but 600 are way much expensive
I was shocked that 95% was just 600 cc
not a lot of players can afford that much
Dont guys have the word disccount on your dictionary?

i farmed level 9 runes without instant gratification-events like these

600 BC are expensive? for level 8 runes? seriously? shaking my head....
a good farmer gets ~ 300 BC a day
normally you save up some gold and BC to be able to instant buy good offers

not everything work as you say I remember when I used to play allods
I bought frosty wings with 7k gold but today its 14million gold
see how the difference in the price ?
you say I instant farmed lvl 9 runes?
girl back day everything was cheap
back then combining 2 level 1 runes need 300 gold dust but now it need 30k gold dust
do you know how much it cost for fall lvl 7 runes its like 17million gold
prices are not what they used to be pricess getting hard
and I have only 1 incar which is I cant afford to get another
for being way to expensive
so stop comparing the past and present

i told you things became easy and cheap, not hard and expensive (and no, i was not talking about vanity, lol, i meant functional items)
game no longer feels like you have that massive advantage when having many items, its like you maybe have a slight boost, nothing more - because every casualplayer with mediocre effort can have almost everything - now more than ever before

nothing cheap in the game lowest price on auction house is like 5 million gold

many things not only became cheap, they are even free or close to free now...

you keep saying the game is cheap or free and I dont understand which world you came from
give me one single cheap on the game?
yesterday I was talking to someone in the game he told me back that time there was
a cheat on the Russian version of allods that someone could make a ful lvl 13 runes with only 3000 CC
but this game today it got expensive that most of cash shop players use a third party to get crystal chips
So how could you say its free and cheap?
I got my runes 888,755 and it wasnt cheap at all
