confused about the stats

i have looked at one or the other class guide here in the forum and i'm confused.

all go to determination and the rest then proficiency and brutality.

when i do this when leveling, hardly any dmg comes over. as soon as i open the chest where youget gear, everything goes on proficiency and the mobs lie in a few seconds.

am I doing something wrong or is that what I wanted in the level area?

Happens when not enough dmg is done

If you cant get the determination-bar up get the proficiency potion from daily quest and try to fix your rotation
If this is still not sufficient get the gearparts with prof. instead
If you level you lack a lot of rubies which cause more dmg so no worries :)
